Need to Cancel Your Booking?

Plans can change! If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 30 days before your arrival by writing to holidays@viz.cc. In this case, we will refund the deposit you have already paid.

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of your stay, the full amount will still be charged, with no possibility of a refund.
