My apartment is located in Campo Carlo Magno, in the residential area of Madonna di Campiglio, just steps away from cross-country and downhill ski slopes (in winter) and on the edge of the golf course (in summer). Spread over two floors, it offers four bedrooms (two with double beds and two with bunk beds), two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), a dining room with a kitchen, and a cozy living room. The slopes are within walking distance (10 minutes) or can be reached by the ski bus that departs 50 meters from the house.

The apartment is located at Passo Campo Carlo Magno, approximately 3 km from the center of Madonna di Campiglio. In winter, the ski-bus stop is 50 meters from the apartment, providing direct access to the ski slopes and the town center. Additionally, for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing enthusiasts, the Nordic ski center is right in front of the entrance to the condominium. In summer, the location is ideal for wonderful walks in the woods of the Adamello-Brenta Nature Park, reaching alpine lakes, mountain huts, pastures, and high mountain trails within the Adamello Brenta Nature Park. For golf lovers, the Campo Carlo Magno Golf Club, with its 9-hole course designed in 1920 by Henry Cotton, is a 2-minute drive away. Nearby services - 500 meters: supermarket, tobacco shop, newsstand, restaurants and bars, ski schools, sports equipment rental, ATM.
Other things to note
The apartment, fully renovated in 2022, is spread over two floors, each equipped with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. A spacious living room, a dining room, and the kitchen complete the apartment. It is therefore ideal for accommodating a large family, a group of friends, or two families, giving each guest their own independence and privacy. No additional beds are available in the living room. The two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and bidet, both have a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and microwave oven. A flat-screen television and wired & Wi-Fi internet access are provided in the apartment.
In addition to the apartment, guests can enjoy a private ski-room for storing skis and boots (there is a boot dryer for 8 pairs of boots), a communal tavern, and a garden with a picnic table in the summer. Moreover, a caretaker is available in the building every day except Sunday. A dedicated parking space is also provided.
Opposite the condominium is the Centro Fondo Campo Carlo Magno, with 22 km of cross-country ski trails set in the Brenta Dolomites woods. Additionally, at Passo Campo Magno, you can rent alpine skiing equipment, book individual or group ski lessons, and organize snowshoeing excursions.
